After booking a tee time you will receive an email confirmation to be kept for your records.

As a consideration for other users of our golf facilities, please call the Pro Shop 24 hours in advance to cancel any unused tee-time slots. Thank you for booking with the City of Edmonton and enjoy your golf experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tee Times:
  • 1. How far in advance can I reserve tee times?
  • Tee times at Victoria, Riverside and Rundle are booked at 7 am, 4 days in advance of the date of play. Tee times can be reserved online or by phone.
  • 2. Can I reserve a tee time for the current day? Yes, same day reservations are possible up to 1 hour in advance via the internet or phone.
  • 3. How do I know if my Tee Time is Reserved? You will receive confirmation by email when you book a Tee Time online. If you do not receive an email; call 311 to investigate.
  • 4. What is the course check in policy? Check in at the pro shop 20 minutes prior to your tee time. If you do not check in you may lose your group’s reserved tee time.
  • 5. What if I need to cancel a tee time?
  • You can review or change your booked tee times at anytime, up until 1 hour prior to your selected tee time, by:
  • A.Calling 311 or the course directly; or
  • B. Logging in to your account on the online booking site and Click Modify/Cancel. Select appropriate link;
  • • Modify: this allows you to change number of Guests you are bringing
  • • Cancel: allows you to cancel your reservation
  • 6. Can I make a reservation if I am not in the Golf Course’s computer system yet? Or a golf club member? All 3 of our courses are public and do not require memberships. However, you must create an online profile in order to reserve a Tee Time online. Please be sure to enter your full name as your name will be displayed on the tee sheet exactly as entered on your online profile.
  • 7. Do I have to reserve my Tee Time online or can I still call in? You can now book your tee time online, through 311 or by calling the course reservation numbers.
  • 8. Can I book a golf cart or golf lesson online? No, only tee times can be booked online. Please call 311 to request more information.
  • 9. Do I need to log in to view available tee times? No. However, in order to increase your chances of getting the tee time you would like it is advisable to log in before checking available times.
  • 10. Do I need to provide confirmation of my reservation when I arrive at the golf course to play? There is no need to bring your confirmation as your tee time was directly entered onto the tee sheet at the time of booking.
  • 11. Do I need to bring proof ID with me when I arrive to play my round? Photo identification is required for pass holders. You may bring your Drivers License, CLASS ID card or Student ID as long as your picture and full name are properly displayed.
  • 12. If I am having problems booking online? Please call 311 for assistance.
  • 13. How do I pay? Pay your fees at the pro shop on the day you booked to golf. You cannot pay your fees online.
